At Anabei, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all our modular furniture and accessories. If you aren't completely satisfied, we'll help you coordinate a return or exchange for a refreshingly simple experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all modular components and covers are securely tucked inside to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
